私たちWitty Vintage は2017年9月にオンラインから始まり、2020年の1月に実店舗をオープン致しました。
商品はアメリカで買い付けをしており、主に1900年代から2000年代のアメリカンヴィンテージ、メゾンブランド、ネイティブアメリカン、メキシカンシルバーアクセサリー、オリジナルアイテムなどを中心に取り扱っております。
現在はバイヤーである夫が一人で年に5回ほど買い付けに行っております。
妻の私はその買い付けた商品を撮影する際のコーディネートやお店のイベント企画を担当しております。
オリジナル商品は夫婦で企画、デザインをしております。
買い付けた商品を良い状態で店頭に出す為に、現在いるスタッフと協力して検品や洗濯を丁寧に行っております。
About WittyVintage
We launched WittyVintage online in September 2017, followed by a brick-and-mortar store in January 2020.
We import our stock from the USA, concentrating on goodsmostly from the 1900s thru 2000s, such as vintage American apparel, boutique and maison brands, Native American jewelry, and Mexican silver accessories. We also carry our own-brand original Japan-made items.
Moreover, we only purchase vintage items we are confident we can return to merchantable quality. But please remember that vintage clothing will never—of course—be like new.
Everything we offer is washed and/or dry-cleaned, carefully inspected, and then only sold after any stains and marks have been removed and necessary repairs made. Any imperfections are clearly stated.
Protecting the environment is very important to us, so we only use environmentally friendly biodegradable detergent.We also make a point of not using scented fabric softeners.
Moreover, the electricity used in our store is from renewable energy sources.
We ask our customers to bring their own bags when possible, but we do have paper bags for sale, so please don't hesitate to ask for one if you come without your own.
Purchases made online are shipped in our in-house designed packaging, which is made from 85% biomass material. (Of course, there are some exceptions.)
Something that is important to us is that we donate 1% of the sales of some of our original items to facilities for children with special needs.
We run our store with the hope that customers will, not only enjoy fashion through the merchandise we offer, but that your lives will be enriched in some way and that Japan and indeed the whole world will be just that little bit more harmonious.
